Project Superintendents were not being consistent with submitting change orders and updating the information on Redfin’s CRM and finance platforms. The lack of consistency was causing unnecessary corrections within the workflow and causing project completion dates to slip. The goal was to reduce the amount of errors that Project Superintendents were creating regularly. My assignment was to develop a course that provided Project Superintendents the steps needed to submit their change orders through Redfin’s CRM and financial platforms. The project team wanted a multimedia design approach so that the learners could see the steps needed, rather than walking them through a written step-by-step process. I developed all aspects of the video including, writing the script, managing the screen recordings, coaching the voiceover talent, designing all the on-screen video graphics, and all other post-production steps. Over a 90-day period, the financial team saw a 16% reduction in entry errors and an increase in the amount of change orders submitted month-over-month.
