Home Services project superintendents were not following the steps needed to manage their inventory shipped to their markets. As a result, the inventory wasn’t being managed correctly and was causing over spending and budget overruns. It was necessary for all project superintendents managing inventory to comply with the standard operating procedures outlined in their playbooks. My responsibility was to design an online module containing the required SOPs for all project superintendents. The course needed to include steps on how to use the Supplyware by MarginPoint app. I created a series of tutorial videos for all project superintendents to learn how to use the required inventory technology. All aspects of the development of the tutorial videos I created. These included writing the scripts, recording the mobile screens, sourcing and implementing all video graphics, and sourcing the audio track. I worked on all aspects of the video production process, which included developing the entire video in Adobe Premiere Pro. The adoption rate of project superintendents using the Supplyware by MarginPoint app increased by 40% post-training. Feedback for the videos was that they were very informative and easy to follow.
