Project superintendents were not maintaining and recording repairs for their vans regularly. It was important for superintendents to not only maintain their vehicles but also track their maintenance and repairs in the Enterprise Fleet Management app. The lack of these behaviors caused unnecessary expenses and drove up costs.

The program management team asked that I create a course that provided superintendents with instructions on how to use the Enterprise Fleet Management app and information regarding driver safety policies, fleet management maintenance instructions related to their role.

I wrote the video scripts, shot the video, co-authored the graphics in After Effects, designed the visual graphics within the course, sourced all course photography, wrote course copy, and designed the layout of the online module.

Over a 90-day period, superintendents increased the amount of entries in the Enterprise Fleet Management app by 40%. The Home services financial team reported cost reductions over the observed quarter. Learners shared that the materials and format of the online module were straight-forward, engaging and informative.
