Agent safety is Redfin’s top priority. Managers were handling the messaging toward agent safety while their employees were in the field. Marketing managers needed a scalable training solution for agents to be accountable for following standard operating procedures on how to be safe when working with customers.

The program management team requested I develop an interactive training that provides agent’s information on how to be safe in the field.

I designed a course featuring one of our training specialists speaking to agents on how to be safe. I developed all multimedia within the training and designed the learning module and sourced the resource materials for the course. I also co-authored the on-video graphics in After Effects and handled all the postproduction editing in Adobe Premiere.

The eLearning performed really well. Agents had fewer safety issues post-training. Feedback regarding the training was positive—agents enjoyed the videos within the module and shared that the course was very informative.
