The Redfin recruiting team, in partnership with the communications and program management teams, needed a new video to increase application traffic from new real estate candidates. The goal of the video was to inform potential Redfin support agents on why Redfin was the best organization for them in their career. Existing materials were outdated and were not driving the amount of traffic needed for the upcoming hiring season. Members of the recruiting and marketing teams requested I develop a recruiting video to modernize their current recruiting materials. I designed and developed a support agent recruiting video by adding on-screen recruiting talent to the beginning of the video. My role was to shoot the talent, co-authored the script, and incorporated the marketing Google Slides into the video package. I handled all aspects of the video development, including all post-editing tasks. An increase of 20% more potential support agents applied for different roles because of the new video. These numbers were above the recruiting targets than the previous year.
