Redfin Concierge was a new listings product offering, looking to expand into additional markets. Because of that growth, listings agents needed to be trained on how to sell the new product to their customers. As they only offered the product in Washington D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle, it was important for the details on training the product to scale with that recent growth.

The product growth team requested I create a scalable training solution as a certification course for listing agents to sell Redfin Concierge in their respective markets. The materials were to be comprehensive and provide the details of Redfin Concierge so that the listing agents could successfully sell the new product to their customers.

I designed and developed a scalable online certification learning experience for any listing agent to sell Redfin Concierge in their markets. My design approach included content to assist in program adoption and provided details on the advantages of buying the product. The course I designed included learning videos, infographics, and standard graphics and photography. All the elements I included in my course design were to increase learner engagement and to support the program’s growth strategy.
