Home Services Market Managers were struggling to better understand how to manage their employees’ performance while working on a home renovation project. GeoTab is a tool that Market Managers were required to use to measure to keep employees safe, provide higher customer satisfaction and lower overall risk while optimizing on expenditures. Market Managers were not utilizing the GeoTab tool required to assist them in managing the necessary KPIs ensuring that their employees have met certain standards.

The Home Services program management team requested I design a GeoTab workshop for Market Managers to learn the importance of the platform, and to leverage the tool to better manage their employees’ performance.

I developed an interactive and gamified learning experience designed to foster Market Manager learning, increase their skills, and change their current behaviors with using the GeoTab platform. I incorporated Mentimeter and Kahoot into the design of the workshop to increase learner engagement. I designed the Google Slides and used Adobe Illustrator to create the graphics for the classroom materials.

The Market Managers loved the workshop and reported that they had a better understanding of why GeoTab is an important tool in their workflows when measuring the performance of their employees. The Survey Monkey distributed to the learners scored a 4.5 out of 5.
