I’ve been in the Learning & Development space for over ten years and I absolutely love it! There are so many aspects to learning design that keep me coming back for more. I’m a learning designer that believes heavily in adult learning theory that’s wrapped around practical applications (e.g., ADDIE and SAM models) which enhance the skills and behaviors of the learner. My learners come first—they are my customers, and I work backwards from them to create meaningful learning experiences that help them become more efficient and successful in their roles.
